Unicorn Toasts
Ingredients:

3 slices of bread

125 g vegan cream cheese

3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:

Divide cream cheese between 3 small bowls. To each bowl add 1 tbsp of maple syrup.

To one of the bowls, add some pink pitaya powder. To the second one add blue spirulina powder and to the third one add both pitaya and spirulina.

Add as much powder as you want in order to achieve the desired colors. Add more if you want the colors to be more vibrant or less if you want them more pale. Mix well.

At the bottom of each slice of bread add 3 dollops of cream cheese (one of every color).

Using a spatula spread the cream cheese on the slice of bread in order to create some multi color swirls.
