Lavender Latte

Ingredients:

200 ml plant based milk

1 tsp agave syrup (or any sweetener of choice)

1/4 tsp of cardamom
Directions:
- Place milk in the saucepan and heat. Use low heat and do not let it boil.
- When your milk is hot, remove from heat.
- Add cardamom and 1 tsp of black carrot powder to the hot milk. Mix using a whisk or hand blender to foam.
- Pour into your favorite mug.
